BE A PAMPERED CREDITOR...
USE LIENMASTER®

As a creditor who supplies the construction industry with materials or labor, you may have heard the following words from your customer:

BACKCHARGES!
BANKRUPTCY!
YOU’LL GET PAID WHEN I GET PAID!

Without a doubt, Construction Liens and Bond Claims are proven as the best way to protect your extension of credit. By reducing your risk of loss, you can increase overall recovery, thereby improving your company’s bottom-line. Indeed, creditors who properly use Construction Liens and Bond Claims are the world’s most pampered creditors!

Proper use of Liens and Bond Claims can provide you with three important advantages:

1. Speed the collection process by motivating all parties in the construction chain to pay within terms, rather than 60-120 days.
2.

Other sources from which to satisfy your claim if your customer fails to pay.

3. Super-priority status in a bankruptcy.

However, because each state has its own particular laws governing the filing and enforcement of Liens and Bond Claims, compliance with the laws can be very complicated and costly. In addition, a claim that is filed incorrectly or late is worthless.

SPECIAL COLLECTION RATES
*Contingent Upon Collection*

At the time you initiate a Preliminary Notice, Mechanic's Lien, or Bond Claim with LienMaster, or after such time, you may also wish to place the matter with us for collection or suit.  At such time, the collection division of MCC will commit all its resources towards resolving the account.  If necessary, we will retain a local attorney in order to file suit to enforce your Lien or Bond Claim as well as to file suit against the debtor for non-payment.  You are then entitled to the following "Special Collection Rates":

The above rates are entirely contingent upon collection of funds. There is no charge if no funds are collected.

When an account is placed with an attorney for suit, the attorney may require court costs and a "nominal" non-contingent suit fee. The attorney’s non-contingent suit fee will be no more than 5% of the claim. MCC will always negotiate with the attorney to keep the suit fee to a minimum.

The above rates are subject to change, based on factors such as age of the account and solvency of the debtor company. No change will be made without client’s approval.
